We guarantee that the product you buy from us will be as described. Custom
Dimensioned Lumber will be as ordered.. This guarantee is not an unconditional money back guarantee. Ordering or
miss-ordering is the responsibility of you the customer. Please e-mail us if there are any questions about product descriptions before ordering. Once your order is placed you cannot cancel it. With respect to lumber orders it is presumed the purchaser has some knowledge of woodworking, lumber, lumber defects, and the quality and/or suitability of a board relative to NHLA grading rules.
If the product is not as described
or, is miss dimensioned you may return the product for a refund by contacting us within 5 days of delivery of the product and following the steps below.
Refunds/Credits are predicated on the following:
1. Within 5 days of delivery of the product you
should contact us by e-mail and request an RMA (Return Material Authorization). Please state in detail the nature of the problem.
2. The returned merchandise must be absolutely unaltered and in the same condition it was sent to you. We
can not accept merchandise which has been altered in any way. This includes any sawing, cutting, shaping, sanding, any other form of milling or finishing, or mishandling. Merchandise damaged in transit is the responsibility of the carrier.
3. Within 5 days of our e-mail transmittal of the Return Material Authorization you must ship the merchandise to us FREIGHT PREPAID. We do not accept CODs. Our e-mail transmittal will be sent using the internet delivery proof option (for verification that you received it).
4. The RMA number must be clearly marked on or next to the shipping label. We
can not accept merchandise returned without an RMA.
5. Within 5 days of receipt of the return merchandise we will issue a credit to
you, or if payment was by check we will mail a refund check.
